90% of all inside pests come from the outside. Owen Perimeter
Pest Control creates a barrier around your home that keeps invading pests on the outside so that you don't have to deal with them on the
inside. Customers prefer this approach over traditional indoor pest control methods, which uses the indiscriminant broadcasting
of pesticides inside the home, whether needed or not.
During our inspection we look for dead insects,
live insects, droppings, nibbling and whatever samples the customer provides. We check around the home for entry points and for sources of infestation;
a gap under a door, for example. Then we make appropriate recommendations or treatments based upon the findings. We also can
seal and caulk your home and structures to eliminate pest and rodent avenues of entry. For more information or to request an appointment visit: oac@owenanimalcontrol.com.
Common
insects controlled by perimeter treatments include: spiders, roaches, grubs, fleas, ants, ticks, crickets, and earwigs. Our
protection plan consists of five visits throughout the year. During these visits, we apply a Granular and Liquid Perimeter
Pest Application around your home, decks, window wells, trash bins, garages, and crawl space openings in order to protect
your home from unwanted pests. In addition, perimeter treatments
can also help protect your valuable landscape from some plant eating insects.
