Owen Tree Service has been dedicated to providing honest, quality, professional landscape maintenance for over 30 years. Our continuing dedication to excellence allowed us to become the first tree care company in the nation to earn Accreditation through the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA).
Membership and participation in professional tree care industry organizations is only one of the factors that separates Owen Tree Service from other tree care companies. Randy Owen is a former chairman of the board for the Tree Care Industry Association, while one of our retired ISA Certified Arborists (Scott Ouellette) is a former president of the Arboriculture Society of Michigan.
Owen Tree Service serves southeast Michigan including the greater Detroit Metro area: Oakland County, Macomb County, Genesee County, Lapeer County, & St. Clair County.

Owen Tree Service Herbicide Division, Inc. (OTSHD) is a Michigan based corporation committed to personal, public, and environmental safety, and the stewardship for Michigan and the Great Lakes Region waterways and lands. OTSHD has performed herbicide applications for vegetation management on public rights-of-way for over a decade. Herbicide applications are a cost effective management tool for vegetation managers, and is well documented as such in many vegetation control industry publications.

The folks at Owen Tree Service took such good care of my family. We had a massive tree fall on our house and cars, completely upending our lives, and Dave Kidd, Kay Sicheneder, and their whole crew working on it not only did a great job evaluating and removing, but also spent a good deal of time chatting with us, consoling us, offering advice, and generally putting our minds at ease.
